Terms of use and subscription

Who can use it

Account holders must be 18 or over.

Plans and fees

• Plan Together ₹599, Plan with Experts ₹1,799 and Plan with Support ₹2,199 per month, all including GST.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, our payment gateway, with notice before each renewal as required.
• An expert consultation is ₹799 for 60 minutes, including GST.
• Consultations included in your plan expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

Refunds

• Failed or duplicate payments are refunded within 7 days.
• A consultation can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before it starts, and is refunded if we cancel it.
• No refund for a session that has taken place.
• Other plan fees are not refunded for part of a month.

Experts

Consultations are virtual sessions with doctors and dietitians on the Velthic.life panel. They work with Velthic.life under contract. They are not for emergencies.

AI assistance

Velthic.life AI assistance answers everyday, plan and platform questions. It is not a doctor, can make mistakes, and is not for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Grocery partners

Instamart, Blinkit and others are separate businesses. Pricing, availability, delivery and orders are theirs.

Acceptable use

No misuse, no sharing of another person's data without permission, and no attempts to break or copy the service.

Ownership

Velthic.life content and software belong to Velthic Foods LLP.

Governing law
