Consent and data
Each consent is separate, unticked by default, and as easy to withdraw as to give.
Effective from
The consents you'll see in the app
- Health information (report uploads)
- "I agree that Velthic.life may collect and use the health reports and information I upload to create my plan and, if I book a consultation, share them with the expert I consult. I can withdraw this any time in Settings."
- Family members
- "I confirm I have this person's permission to add them. They can ask to see or remove their data."
- "Send my meals and reminders on WhatsApp to [your number]. I can stop any time by replying STOP or in Settings."
- Consultations
- "I understand consultations are virtual and give guidance, not emergency care."
Changing your mind
Open More, then Privacy and my data, in the app to see each consent, who gave it and when. From there you can withdraw a consent, download your data or delete it.
Family members' data
Each person you add can ask to see or remove their data. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian gives consent.
