About Velthic.life
What is Velthic.life?
A household nutrition platform that turns each family member's needs into one practical meal plan, then takes it to the pantry, the plate and next week.
Is it a diet plan?
No. It is a meal plan for the whole household, with individual adjustments instead of separate diets.
Is it only for people with health conditions?
No. Velthic.life is for Indian families who want a more efficient kitchen, more nutritious meals and healthier bodies. Plans start from the basic information you provide.
Do I need to upload reports?
No. Plans work from the basic information you provide. Uploading reports and lab results is available on Plan with Experts and Plan with Support.
Plans and billing
Is Plan Together a trial?
No. It's the core Velthic.life experience: your household, one coordinated meal plan, what to buy, and progress tracking.
How many family members can I add?
As many as you like. One price covers the whole household.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the billing month. See the cancellation and refund terms.
Groceries and WhatsApp
Are groceries included?
No. Velthic.life builds the list. Purchase, pricing, delivery and orders are handled by the grocery partner.
Which grocery partners are supported?
Instamart and Blinkit. Purchase, pricing and delivery happen with the partner.
Is WhatsApp required?
No. The app covers planning and tracking. WhatsApp meal reminders are part of Plan with Support.
Experts and AI assistance
What is an expert consultation?
A virtual session with a doctor or dietitian from the Velthic.life panel. There is no eligibility check. It is included in Plan with Experts and Plan with Support (2 a month) and otherwise chargeable at ₹799 for 60 minutes, including GST.
What happens to unused consultations?
Included consultations expire at the end of each month.
Is AI assistance the same as speaking to an expert?
No. It helps with everyday questions, FAQs, plan questions and how to use Velthic.life. It isn't a doctor or a dietitian, and it isn't for emergencies.
Your data
Is my data safe?
Health information is collected only with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in the app. Grocery partners receive only your ingredient list, never your health data. We do not sell personal data. Read the privacy policy.
How is my health information used?
Reports and lab results you add are used within planning and guidance, under the consent and data controls in your account.
