How it works

Start with your household. We'll plan the week from there.

  1. Step 1

    Start with your household.

    Add yourself. Add your family.

Family screen: who's at the table, with each member's profile and the household details.
  2. Step 2

    Tell us what matters.

Your goals, lifestyle and food preferences.

Profile screen: diet, allergies, activity level, goals and consent settings for one family member.
  3. Step 3

    Get one coordinated meal plan.

Built around shared meals, with individual adjustments.

Meal plan screen: small tweaks for some members, such as a smaller portion of rice for Dadaji and extra curd for Aarav.

Swipe for the next step.

One household. One meal.

Same base meal for everyone. Each plate changes by portion, and some people skip an item.

Good food advice has a reason behind it.

Before we built anything, we listened to more than 100 families, then to doctors, food psychologists and dietitians.

Built on clear rules

Every plan follows a set of nutrition rules, so nothing on your plate is a black-box guess. In the app, tap Why? next to any item to see the reason it's there.

Set by experts

A doctor, a food psychologist and a dietitian on our advisory team set those rules and checked them.

What we don't do

We don't diagnose or treat, and we never replace your doctor.

Our full method, sources and review process will be on the Science page.

We went looking for a better snack. We found a bigger problem.

Velthic.life is built by the team behind Kenkou.

Hands rolling roti on a floured board in a sunlit kitchen

Personalising food for one person is hard enough. A family has one kitchen, one cook and the same ingredients, for people whose needs are all different.

We started Kenkou in January 2025 and talked to a lot of people. Every conversation landed in the same place: everyone loves to snack.

Here's the catch. Most snacks are junk. And the healthy ones? Nobody could tell whether they were actually right for their own body.

So we started building personalised nutrition. Find Your Fit, our tool that's live on the website, is where it began.

Then, while building it, we realised something bigger. Personalising food for one person is hard enough. A family has one kitchen, one cook and the same ingredients, for people whose needs are all different. So some compromise. Some overeat. Nobody gets food that's quite right.

We haven't stopped working on the snack problem. We started working on this one too, for the whole family.

Velthic.life is a family OS for Indian families. One meal plan for everyone at the table, the week's groceries worked out for you, and a weekly check-in that adjusts the next plan.
